Age Requirement
SmallActs is an adult-only relationship companion app. Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
Child Safety Commitment
SmallActs has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the exploitation of children on our platform. We are committed to:
- Prohibiting any content that sexualizes or exploits minors
- Removing violating content and accounts immediately upon detection
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities
- Cooperating fully with law enforcement investigations
Reporting Violations
If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe exploits or endangers children, please report it immediately:

All reports are reviewed promptly and handled with the utmost seriousness. We will take appropriate action, including removing content, terminating accounts, and reporting to authorities as required by law.
Content Moderation
We employ a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and remove prohibited content. Our moderation practices include:
- Automated scanning for known CSAM using industry-standard hash-matching technology
- AI-assisted content analysis to identify potentially harmful material
- Human review of flagged content and user reports
- Regular audits of our safety systems and procedures
Account Verification
While we cannot verify every user's exact age, we implement measures to discourage underage use:
- Age gate during account registration requiring users to confirm they are 18 or older
- Prompt removal of any accounts discovered to belong to users under 18
- Clear Terms of Service stating the adult-only nature of our platform
Privacy Protection for Minors
If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a user under the age of 18, we will:
- Immediately suspend the account
- Delete all associated personal data within 48 hours
- Take steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future
